Following the VOOPOO Drag series, the Argus series of devices hit the market again with new designs. This time we’ll be covering the Argus Pod Kit, here we go!
VOOPOO Argus Pod Kit is part of the Argus range of devices. The main selling point of this kit is that there are 2 different types of pod included to cater to different vaping styles. The standard PnP pod is found on a lot of VOOPOO devices now and uses the PnP coil range – which is now pretty huge and includes an RBA coil! This pod is designed for DTL and Restricted DTL vaping. The PnP MTL pod is for the MTL vapers with smaller drip tips and uses the PnP R coil range. Included in the kit are the PnP-VM1 0.3ohm Mesh coil for the PnP pod and the PnP-R2 1ohm coil for the MTL pod. Both pod types have an airflow adjustment located on the actual device similar to the Drag X airflow.
The pods are held into the device magnetically and are refillable via the bottom fill port. Looking at the mod part of the kit now – this has an internal 1500mAh battery which is charged via the USB Type C port at up to 1A charge rate. Controlling the device is the GENE.AI chipset which has 2 user modes to choose from – Smart (Auto resistance reading/power setting) or RBA mode (you can adjust the output from 5-40W). On the mod body is a carry hook to make the device more portable.
